Fall 2023 Tryout Information
We are excited to begin the registration process for the Fall 2023-2024 season! The Activities Office wanted to provide families with the necessary information for new and returning athletes. We welcome our rising 9th graders, the Class of 2027, to try out for Robinson Athletics! Rising 9th Grade Information
We will host a virtual Fall Meet the Coaches Night on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 6:00 pm. It will begin with a whole group session, followed by individual sport team sessions. Group Session Link

- You can register your rising 9-12 grade students for all 2023-2024 Athletic and Activity tryouts.

Athletic & Activity Registration
HOW TO: Athletic & Activity Registration – login information for New Users and Returning Users
To try out for all Fall, Winter, and Spring teams your athlete will need to have the following:
- Physical Information:
You must submit a valid VHSL Pre-participation Exam Form (physical) directly to the school prior to your student’s participation (please email the scanned physical to both of our athletic trainers, Jeff Perry and Deb Cassidy at jgperry@fcps.edu and dkcassidy@fcps.edu) If you email a scanned copy to the athletic trainers, you do not need to drop off a hard copy at Robinson. If you prefer, you may drop off a hard copy of your athlete’s physical form to the Activities office. Please note that the physical must be dated AFTER May 1, 2023. If you have already turned in a Physical for the 2023-2024 school year you do not need to turn it in again. *Please make sure that the insurance information is included, and all parent/guardian/students’ signatures are on the form!*
*We will be hosting a VHSL Physical Night at Robinson Secondary on June 13, 2023. This provides families an opportunity to bring their athletes to Robinson to get a physical completed for the upcoming school year. More information regarding this event will be sent out later.*

While registering does not guarantee a spot on the team, this information will help to ensure your student is ready to go on the first day of tryouts. Students can be registered for one or more activities throughout the year and families can sign in as needed to update information.
If your student athlete already has an account from last year, you must log on and update your athlete’s information! Do not create a new account.
